Moon Under Water

Named after a George Orwell essay, Moon Under Water is the dining room in the heart of  Builders Arms Hotel presenting the acclaimed food of Andrew McConnell and Josh Murphy.

Moon Under Water is open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 6pm and lunch on Sunday from midday.

Moon Under Water provides a 4 course set menu for $75 per person.  A vegetarian menu is available and dietary requirements are always accommodated.
