The Builders Arms Hotel offers two distinct spaces for your private parties and events,
The Bowery Room and our Private Dining Room.
We offer flexible dining options that can be tailored to any type of gathering, regardless of size or celebration.
Both rooms formed an original part of our historic hotel and have been renovated and restored, retaining their elegance and character.
Event menus are created by Andrew McConnell, boasting the simple, seasonal and contemporary fare for which he is renowned.
Our menus offer classic, yet creative, dining for seated lunches and dinners, as well as cocktail style events.
The Bowery Room and Private Dining Room can be found upstairs at the Builders Arms Hotel,
which offers privacy while still absorbing the pub’s atmosphere.

Our Spaces
The Bowery Room
The Bowery Room provides a uniquely timeless and open space – a room flooded with natural light overlooking both Gore Street and the courtyard below.
The Bowery Room can accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated event and 100 for a cocktail party.
With an open kitchen, and vintage tiled bar, the space is ideal for weddings, birthdays, corporate lunches and dinners, and conferences.
All audio-visual equipment can be integrated into any event as needed.
Private Dining Room
Our intimate Private Dining Room is ideal for smaller gatherings - from casual birthday parties, to work luncheons and family gatherings, or just an overdue catch-up with friends.
Positioned with leafy views over Gertrude and Gore Streets, it is a warm and inviting room for lunch and dinner parties, accommodating up to 18 guests for a seated event.
For music lovers, a record player and vinyl collection are available for you to create your own soundtrack.
